Mike's details start with "Ferracci 11:1 pistons. P8 cam. Flywheel cut by GuzziTech.com's Ed Milich (almost too pretty to hide inside the motor). Ti push rods from Mike Rich. Timing gears. Hyd clutch. 996 handlebar controls. Agostini rearsets. Two Brothers fully adjustable clip ons. Eldo headlight bucket and repop V7 tool boxes (Mark E, Moto Guzzi Classics). Buchanan 17" Sun rims laced to MG hubs with some rear offset. Entire rear set up (swingarm, floating drive and brake, linkage and brackets) from my garage. Full floating Disciatti front discs. Shock mounts have been moved. Tank is a V7 Sport repop from MG Cycle. Seat is a Hjeltness redo on a V7 Sport pan and the rear fender and light are stock V7 Sport. There's lots more. Most of it is pretty easy and would be much simpler the second time around. The swingarm/floating rear drive was pretty expensive trial and error but I think I've made all the errors so you shouldn't have to. The bike is two inches shorter (in the swing arm) but the suspension geometry makes it work like the swingarm pivot is at the exhaust header outlet, long (Tony Foale). It is (by design) also about 1.25 inches higher in the back. The stock Bassa forks have been raised in the trees about 3/4". All of this combines to make the steering unlike any Guzzi I've ridden (much lighter'n'quicker) but still seems to be happy and steady on its line in the corner. Mike C., DFW, TX"
