Moto Guzzi Recalling Brake Lines on Five Models

I got my recall letter from Guzzi several days ago. My model is a 2017 V7 III Special.

I'm not worried about it, my dealer is looking into it

I'll just keep riding it as I normally do until I can bring it in for 'the fix', whatever that entails.

You win a trip to your local dealer, on your own dime, so they can fix an engineering problem that as the potential of causing rider injury or worse. Now go celebrate!

Lucky for me my dealer, Proitalia, is only a couple of miles from my house (ok, maybe 3). I already have my first service appointment set up, and I need to an exhaust gasket between the end of the header pipe and the muffler on one side replaced. Kind of hate to do it, the bike almost sounds perfect with the exhaust leak, but I do get a little burble on down shifts.
