    DesTination: Boscobel Ghost Town

What better way to start the riding season in earnest than by beginning with Quebec's various ghost towns with Bella, my Moto Guzzi V7 Racer. Admittedly, the decision was inspired by an article that I came across titled 9 Creepy But Beautiful Ghost Towns You Need To Visit In Quebec by Jeremy...

    V7 II or III

Honestly, if you can get your hands on a leftover V7, go for it! I absolutely LOVE mine... and undoubtedly you can get one at an absolute steal. There are some left out there waiting for a lucky owner... I have never found myself wanting for extra power even two up... either way, a V7 is...

    v7 racer rear luggage rack

Hi, if you make one, I'll buy it! You can email me at bugspatteredjacket@outlook.com with your price and PayPal address. I can put a non refundable deposit on it so that either way you make something for your time! No rush either, its winter here too and my bike is in storage. So there is no...

    v7 racer rear luggage rack

Well, if you ever want to make another one, I will buy it! As for shipping to Canada, I order from Europe all the time. Otherwise, you can mail it to my in-laws in Ireland! I should get off my ass and learn how to weld. I just might do that and have put my name down for a course nearby (18...

Love this rack! Thinking outside of the box on this one! Do you fabricate and sell? If you ever want to sell yours, PM me.

    Opinions please V7ii Racer

It was on the UK Guzzi website that I had read about the Arrows not requiring the re-map. Considering that their V7's were actually coming standard with Arrows, and in fact does with their new scrambler version, the dealers you spoke to sound like mine - uninformed. Gerry sounds like he hit the...

    Opinions please V7ii Racer

I read on the Guzzi website a while back that no remapping was necessary with the Arrow pipes. I tried to confirm with my dealer, but they were not clear on the matter. Check with your local Guzzi dealer.

The Good, The Bad & The Bella: A 600 Mile (1000 km) Review

I just had my 600 mile (1000 km) service and thought I would take this opportunity to write a review of my 2014 Moto Guzzi V7 Racer to date but with a twist... it's from Bella's perspective. Bear with me... ;-) The Good, The Bad & The Bella: A 600 Mile (1000 km) Review For those of you not...

2011-2016 V7 Racer CNC Passenger Pegs

Thank you! My missus was shy but happy that you enjoyed her post! Lucky is putting it mildly to say the least! :inlove: As for the background on my blog, yep, a tribute to the man who's memory continues to inspire to this day! See you on the road! ;)

2011-2016 V7 Racer CNC Passenger Pegs

So, I hope nobody minds but my wife took it upon herself to write up a review of her experience riding pillion on a V7 Racer. Specifically, she does comment on the pegs that I bought from Todd! Its a short read but a good one for anyone thinking of riding two up regularly on this bike! However...

    2016 V7 II Racer "America"

Having had all manners of bikes with chromed engines and hence, spending hours with a toothbrush to get to every nook and cranny, something as basic as a chrome tank is a welcomed relief to be honest. But that is just imho. As for tiny marks in the chrome... not sure if that bothers me at all...

    2016 V7 II Racer "America"

What up-keep are you referring to? The chrome tank is the only bit that requires attention on regular basis. Its nothing that autosol wouldn't fix! As for the rest of the bike, it is no different maintenance wise to the new model. I am just curious, maybe I am missing something?

    2016 V7 II Racer "America"

Saw this in the 'metal' the day I picked up my 2014 last week. I have to confess I was underwhelmed by it, especially when you have the original next to it. It looks like a stone with a better paint job. I know that the 2016 comes with better everything, so to speak, I am just saying its a shame...

A Touch Of Art: Zen & The Art of Motorcycle Studies

Hello, Hope this is ok but I just wanted to share some pictures of an art exhibit that I had my students partake in this past week. It is for a course that I wrote and teach titled Zen & The Art of Motorcycle Studies. The students themselves created all of the art pieces; there is even a Guzzi...

Picked Up My New Racer Today! :-)

Don't be sorry, enjoy reading what you are all up to. I need to get my passport renewed before I can even think of heading down to the states! That being said, would be happy to meet up with folks when the time comes and if there is any interest. Ride safe!

Picked Up My New Racer Today! :-)

Thanks for that - Much appreciated! Once I know what is the what with aftermarket pipes and that the decibel levels are within acceptable norms here in Quebec, I'll pull the trigger in a year or two. I like your pipes as well and will look into the set when I am ready. I think what drew me to...

Picked Up My New Racer Today! :-)

Thanks very much Bob! Those are some really nice pipes! I like the Arrow pipes myself. However, in my neck of the woods cops make it a habit to randomly check motorcycle after market exhaust pipes to ensure that the decibel levels are below the legal limit.... it's putting me off buying a new...
