    V7iii O2 sensors

Now I am confused. I am running the GT-Rx map on my V7 III, and didn't know I could remove the O2 sensors. Does the map turn the sensors off or did I miss some step?

    V7 III Spring checklist

Not really required, but I recommend taking the rear wheel off, just for practice when it is needed, so you know what to expect. I just did mine to change the tire and also lubed the splines.

    Top speed 35 MPH!

Before getting this V7 I should've done some homework regarding MGs. They look great..sound great (Mistrals on mine) ride well WHEN working. Key word " when". Yes, they are easy to work on, however it seems that one needs to work on them constantly. So I rather have a bike that is difficult to...

What size triple tree pin for V7 III?

I had a bike a few years ago, forgot which one, that had a huge hole in it also. I used a socket and big washer along with the supplied adaptor, inserted into the socket. Worked fine. You will have to just find the socket with correct O.D. that fits the hole.

    MG V9 Spark plug cable.

Both of those numbers are not just the wire/cable, but complete with the rubber boots. CM277101 is 450mm long and the CM277102 is 580mm long. If you want the complete assembly, just figure out which by measuring the wire of each side. If you really just need the wire, it is # 080341, which you...

    Microfiber cloth on header...

Don't use the green Scotchbrite pads on the chrome. I grabbed one to clean the header pipe on my V7 III Special, and now have a 2" square scratched area. The blue ones do not scratch.

Mine has sounded like that for 12,000 miles now. I agree with vagrant, ear plugs.

Help deciding between two 2014 v7 stones

You didn't mention what years these are. And your age, and ability to ride with clip-ons. Of course, you could always change handlebars. And the noise of exhaust is up to you also. Odd that the one has had 2 owners in 3000 km. Of course, I would spend more and get the new one, with a warranty...

    V7 loose fasteners

At 11,000 miles, just found ALL, except 1, sump screws were loose on my V7 III. Was underneath cleaning, after installing my Fenda Extenda, noticed fresh oil residue. Tightened all up, will replace gasket this winter.
