    Plastic tank swell and blisters

Had the same problem with my Triumph Sprints tank.Take your deformed tanks, empty and dry them out. Let them sit that way for long while (now is a great time for a spare tank) and they will eventually shrink back down. Probably not back original size, but hopefully close enough to go back on...

    Griso Evap Can removal

Yes the T coming from the throttle bodies... just plug it. Mine is hidden under the starter cover. The "whale moaning" vent hose leave open. If there is a drain ftom the airbox, I can't remember, it should be plugged but able to unplug to drain occasionally.

    Griso Evap Can removal

You plug the two hoses coming from the throttle bodies..... can't remember but if there is a hose from the airbox it gets plugged too. But the rest vent to atmosphere.

floating brake disc play (on bobbins)

My Triumph has floating rotors (like most bikes nowadays) and you can definitely move the braking surface radially and laterally (look at me using big works) and you can hear them. Pretty sure my other bikes do too. Just haven't played with the others.

    Griso dashboard condensation issue

Bout the best I can come up with is to ride towards the sun. When the sun is beaming straight at the gauges mine fogs up. I've pulled the cover and sealed the shit out of it with clear silicone then put another coat all the way around covering the joint. Still fogs up. Cut the teensiest tiniest...

    Its all bubbly and junk

Haven't gone after it with a needle, yet. My old Sprint had the same thing happen. It was deffinitely under the clear coat. The Griso, sure looks like they're just stickers on top of the paint.

    Its all bubbly and junk

How you guys doing this evening? Sitting on my TT600 looking at my Griso and I see these bubbles under the sticker on my gas tank. Looked online and cannot find the sticker kit. Guess its free with a new tank. So, what are your opinions... would you just deal with it? Peel the stickers off all...

    Clutch lever pin removal

There is some bad ass thread locker in there. Surprised you got the allen screw out. I used brute force and a pair of pliers. Maybe some heat from heat gun will loosen up the lockers hold. Use pliers at own risk.

How to connect a phone charger ???

I ended up using an SAE plug wired into the GPS wires along with a Powerlet USB plug on my Griso. On my VTX I used the mount/power plug mentioned in the first post. It is wired straight to the battery, mainly because I didn't feel like digging for the starter solenoid (where I normally hard...

    Fuel Indicator and countdown

My Triumph Sprint had a countdown from start up to "walking". Filling it up would show 200 miles to the next gas stop. Only managed to burn an entire tank between stops ONE time. The count up on the Griso is a little weird..... but once the light comes on I switch into Grampa mode, and...

    Forks are piddling.

Just walked out to the garage and happened to notice a puddle under my left fork..... Thought it was brake fluid, but nooooo its fork oil. Kinda annoyed, poor bikes been sitting since bikeweek needing tires. So my question is. You guys think the forks are covered under warranty? Still have a...

    Cross Threaded spark plug

You'd be surprised at how much noise a piece of threads the size of a small fingernail clipping can make. Worked at a Toyota dealer where this happened. Sounded like someone threw a handful of nuts and bolts into the cylinder. It never blew out the exhaust and just rattled around in the...

Broken Rear Fender Tab - Best Adhesive?

Real find bailing wire to stitch the 2 pieces back together and a glue/filler to glue it all together. I've used this: Used it to fill in where someone cut out the recess for the turn signals on my salvaged bodywork for my TT600. And also to make new tabs.
