    Audace arrived this week

How's the riding position? I'm envious of the foot pegs.

Dumb question - shock adjustment 1400 Touring

In this thread, look for the post by jbhotchkiss for "Transform the quality of the ride on your Custom". Excellent post. Excellent results. I was amazed at the results. It's like a whole new bike.

Dumb question - shock adjustment 1400 Touring

Taking the panniers off is barely a one beer job. Four screws inside each bag. No need to remove the brackets. I did it. That means it's easy.

No matter how big you are, Labryntitis puts you down !

Had to look that one up. Basically it's vertigo. A friend of mine had it and thought it was the end of the world. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

    Damn grips

I've got "Grip Puppies" on mine. They're great! Anyone that rides my bike comments on how comfortable they are and how much confidence they give you. Much better control. You'll also see them advertised as Grip Covers. Best $12.95 accessory ever.

Swapping Custom Floorboards for Audace Footpegs??

I hope they are available someday. I'm like Guzzi Lou. I don't like them at all. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to get used to, but on a long ride they're very tiring and they are too far forward. If they were under you like my ole Griso, I'd be the happiest cat in town.

    Center stand for cleaning

Ok, here's the deal.... Don't order this product. 1. It's a piece of crap. Made in China. 2. I had to finish drilling some of the holes. Their bolts wouldn't go all the way through from one side to the other. 3. It's to flimsy to lift the California. The handle was starting to bend, so I had to...

    Moto Guzzi Ginza

I like the foot pegs up under you, like the Griso. If it were real, I'd buy it.

Added the Moto Guzzi Black Metal Mirrors

They are Rox risers. They were on the bike when I bought it as a Demo from the dealer. I have since taken them off. More comfortable for me without them. I also had Rox risers on my 2013 Triumph 800 Tiger, and I really liked them on that bike. I have no idea if they would work on the Cali or not.

I've got no problem seeing with them.

Foot pegs instead of foot boards?

I'll be the second one in line buying mid-control foot pegs. I really don't like floor boards or forward controls. I thought I would be ok with them, but I'm not. I'm missing my Griso...

    Create your own Guzzi

My California Custom would be perfect if it had foot pegs directly beneath you, like a Griso. I absolutely hate the floorboards. It's my first floorboard motorcycle. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but it's turned out to be one. You feel like you're going to roll right off the seat when...

    Installed Powerlet in Side Panel

Hello Yarvis, The short version is... I cheated. I had my bike in the shop having other work done, so I had them do it. So I can't tell you about the difficulty in removing the side cover. Had to be simple enough as they only charged me for a half hour of labor. As for interference with my leg...

    Ouch! They're $249 USD here.
