    Clutch Not Disengaging

Thank you all. I will start with cleaning the system, then go from there.

    Clutch Not Disengaging

Yes, from under the seat. How many twists of threads, on the lever, is too much. I don't want to do too much.

    Clutch Not Disengaging

I used a 1 way valve, and did my best to keep the master filled. I pumped the clutch lever slowly to avoid it shooting out the master. I pumped it until clear fluid was visible in the tube. I would say I pumped out about 6oz of fluid to be sure. I did not notice any air bubbles, fingers crossed...

    Clutch Not Disengaging

I have been experiencing clutch problems lately. I just bled the clutch and it still will not fully disengage when lever is pulled in. The warmer it gets, the worse it gets. Is there anything I can do to adjust the pull, or is it time for a disassembly. It's a 2012 NTX with 20,000 miles.

Lost a plug, any ideas why?

Thanks for the responses. I am going to stop by M.I. asap. There was no oil, on my leg that is. I am hoping it was just a fluke, and it's not like I over-pressured the system. I just wanted confirmation of what I was hoping. Thanks.

Lost a plug, any ideas why?

While stopped for break this weekend I saw that the plug on the right side of the gear box was missing. What would cause the plug to be ejected? It was a very tame ride. Also since it was gone, I noticed several chipped teeth on the visible gear. Should I be concerned about it?

    New fuel map

I recently contacted Micha at Moto International and during our conversation, he confirmed I had an NTX. Then he offered up that there was a new map available for my 2012 NTX, and wondered if I would be interested. I got the opportunity to take it in, and have the upgrade done. I'm not too...

    Screen spacers adjustment

I followed the instructions for the canisterectomy to remove re fairing. took about an hour. I had been looking at the brackets and wondering why there was such a large opening, and why put a whole in your screen. So I thought more air under could be accomplished with spacers. I did get longer...

    Screen spacers adjustment

I also put spacers between the frame and mount. I put about 1/2 inch of fender washers on both bolts. It definitely made a difference. There is a lot more air flowing between the screen and fairing. So far the wind hitting my helmet is less intense and I no longer feel then need to buy an air...

Bad Problem with Guzzi Stelvio NTX Aux Lamps

While riding last week I noticed a lack of left side reflection in the car in front of me, so I turned the aux lamps off. When I stopped I checked the lamp and found a burn mark on the insulation. Does the "warranty fix" just splice the wire to allow it to happen again? Or do they actually fix...

    NTX Tail Light Trouble

Not enough voltage sounds right, so I checked the fog lights before riding yesterday. The wires looked fine and when running didn't seem to effect the LEDs, when switched. I stopped during the ride and checked again. With out the bike tuning the LEDs started faltering, but as soon as I fired it...

    NTX Tail Light Trouble

I think I had a loose relay, because the headlights and fog lights would not come on.Then after a lot of fiddling and a ride they came back on while going down the freeway. I'm really going that both issues are just new bike gremlins, and will eventually disappear.

    NTX Tail Light Trouble

I am having the same issue with mine. It fires up fine, but some time during the ride some LEDs just stop working. I posted about it in another thread about my headlights. I am kind of hoping that it will resolve itself during break in, but will have it warrantied at the first service if not.

    No Headlights!

The gremlins got me again the other day while riding around Mt. Rainier. My buddy was behind me and when we stopped he asked me to hit the brakes again, because three LEDs were not lighting in the brake cluster. It must have started somewhere about halfway through the ride, and continued through...

    No Headlights!

Yep, hence the test ride. I wanted to make sure they were not needing wheels revolutions also. Like the ABS. So far the lights are still firing.

    No Headlights!

Well, after swapping the fuse and double-checking the relays, a short test ride still left me without headlights. So The first day the I could get to the dealer after their weekend and my work schedule I was off. About 5 miles into my trip, I noticed the headlights reflecting in the back of the...
