Ago is finally offering their plug-and-play CNC aluminum rear-sets, linked below. Installation video below that. This is a good match for the OE clip-on kit shown HERE for those who want a slightly less upright riding position. This thread will function as a Q&A thread for purchasers from GTM.

For anyone in the market for rear sets. Here is my two cents.

My other bike is a 2003 VFR800, for me the tucked in position is comfortable. I have the racing rear set on my V7 for over two years. I really like the improved riding position

Satos,
available through GTM. I know several people who have them, and are happy with the product.
While I do not own the satos rear sets. I can attest that they have great customer service. I was in contact with them before they had a compatible rear set for the 850 model. Quick replies and informative. Even contacted me months later the moment they were finally available to see if was still interested.

Agostini,
Their rear sets are brand new. I cant comment on these much, other then they look great, and quite detailed instalation instructions video. Id have no hesitation to purchase these. Todd wouldnt recommend them if they were crap.

Guareschi Moto
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE.
Ill go on a bit of a rant here to explain.

When I purchased the Guareschi Moto rear sets. They were the only ones who had a rear sets compatible with the 850 model. (They are used on all Fast Endurance V7 850 race bikes.)

Guareschi is quick at taking your payment out of your account, then you hear nothing from them. No eta on shipping or if the part is back ordered. 3 months went by, they would not reply to emails, facebook msg, calls... i got crikets. When I finally got a hold of them, I was left feeling like they forgot my order. I received then two weeks later.

Now the fun part.... the parts came with zero instructions. I had a hell of a time trying to install them. Everything was trial and error. Some of the hardware provided were too short, I had to go buy new bolts. And still could not get the shifter properly set up. After 2 weeks of sending daily emails. They finally sent back a few photos. I immediately noticed the shifter linkage they sent me was less then half the length than the one on the photos they provided me. Ended up fabricatin my own shifter linkage using threaded rod.

When they finally replied to me.....after i made everything fit and work properly. They simply said I should have let a motorcycle shop install the parts for me.... keep in mind, This is after i provided them photos showing the wrong shifter linkage and the short bolts they sent me.
My frustration with their rear set was such that I nearly threw the Guareschi parts in the garbage and ordered the satos rear set, which had become available before i had received my shipment from italy.

Now that my issues are done..... I somehow became the go to guy for anyone who purchased from guareschi. Ive had to help out 5 guys with their issues. Everyone getting different hardware than the last guy... no one can get any assistance from guareschi. One guy in italy told me that out of frustration he ended up buying a satos set.

Long story short... GTM sell both satos and Agostini, you cant go wrong with either one of those.
Guareschi should stick to racing bikes and get out of retail.
