Help. Please allow me to tell you the final hours of my Stelvio before it was flatbedded to my local dealership. Any and all advice is welcomed!

1. For the last 1k miles I get the occasional warning on the dash that my right blinker is out...but it goes away and the blinker is fine. Same thing happened today
2. After a full day of normal starts and stops I thumb the starter..get the first revolutions of the bike starting and then a poof of smoke from the right side of the front fairing comes up and the bike goes dead
3. I notice the 30 amp fuse under the seat is blown and I replace it. upon thumbing the starter...and perhaps even before that by just turning on the key the fuse blows

Clearly something happened near the fuse type box on the right inner side of he fairing and I'm sure I will find out what it is....but for now what happened and why??

I will take a guess at a rub through on the main wiring harness that runs on the rights side behind the panel. Pretty sure this recall covered the 2010 also. The second picture shows where the protection was supposed to be added on the gusset so the main harness does not rub.

Attached the TSB below in case you get that deer in the headlights look from the dealer. If this is the problem, this is something that should have been addressed on the bike by the dealer (at least they should have told you about it). Page 23 details it along with other coupons that may need to be done on your bike.

Only other thing is you blew a relay, but they don't tend to go poof...they just kind of stop working.

The main harness rub would make sense with the error for the lights and a loss of power. Let us know what they find.
