Been wanting to do this for ages. They look and feel so much better than standard. ☺

What's the big takeaway in the bar change?

Looking down on the bars and levers when sitting on the bike they ooze quality, the Renthal Fatbars looking and feeling so much better than the standard setup. Width wise they are almost the same as I was happy with the standard length, I actually trimmed 2cm off each end of these.

Thanks good to know. I'm pretty happy with the bars as well but wish they were just slightly narrower (so I can squeeze into a make shift parking spot at my place.

Sorry to bring back an old post but I have some Renthal Fatbars and I'm not sure which mounts and ends to buy for a V7.

Could you let me know what you used?

Also, what clutch/brake handles are those?

Cheers in advance

I also purchased Pazzo levers and ended up only using the brake lever because the clutch lever was such that I had to have the adjusting screw most of the way out, leaving only 2 threads, in order to have the optimum 2mm free play.

More information on my V7 over on the...
Guys, if you could just post the info here. People dropping in occasion to pull people off this site is not cool by me. Thanks for understanding.

Not my intention to pull people from this Forum, this is a great forum and I have been enjoying it since getting in to Guzzi's. The link is a facebook group not a forum and is specific to UK V7 fans and completely non commercial. An additional resource for those looking for information. I have pointed members of V7 UK to Guzzitech in posts and conversations and will continue to do so as I do other groups and forums so please don't be concerned, we is all Guzzista

The bars are Renthal Fatbars 819-01 and the levers are fleabay specials that fit the V7 perfectly.
