RentAGuzzi Motorcycle Rentals & Tours – Los Angeles CA
  1. Ciao Guest - You’ve landed at the ultimate Guzzi site. In SoCal? See the Service tab above for the best in service, tires, tuning and installation of our products or custom work. Otherwise, be sure to click on the Store link also above for our 600+ product inventory, including many of our 100% Made-in-house-USA GT products and engine kits. We are still mostly a one man operation (not Amazon), so thanks in advance for your patience on orders. PLEASE refrain from emailing about your order Status, as you will get an email with tracking info when your order goes out; Email inquiries on orders slows everything down. Most General questions you may have are well answered on the Forum; Be sure to try a search and post there. We cannot answer questions direct unless it’s about something on the Store or that you have purchased from us. We do NOT have a phone number - We are online only - Do not email and tell us to call you. You will find us highly responsive via email on the Contact page with any questions on our products (only). We appreciate the consideration, understanding and your business... past and future. Also be sure to see our custom builds at GTMotoCycles.com or click the Service tab above.

Having endured lack of mobility and pain for the past few years after a not at fault motorcycle accident many many years ago I finally opted for ankle fusion surgery which meant I would lose movement in the ankle joint but more importantly lose the constant pain. Ability to ride hopefully should not be affected (thanks MG for a heel and toe shifter), but unfortunately the summer has been written off. Anyhow just thought I would post some photos of my back yard and a small purchase that my ever supportive wife bought to assist my speedy recovery.
If I can offer advice to anyone involved in an accident, sue the ass of the other party as you don't know how you will be affected in the years to come.

Hope you heal well and quickly and you have no more pain from that ankle. Now remember with that metal in you you need to be careful about later infections. That area will be susceptible. Even take antibiotics before going to the dentist.

My brother lost many months to a crash in 2015-16, then many more to a post-crash-surgery infection.

Best wishes that your own experience is better.

FWIW, he just bought another Guzzi so all is well.:)

Best wishes from the top of Virginia, U.S.A..

    Many thanks
The up side is the sun is shining and recovery is progressing, all being well I will take the bike to a German organised custom Harley event in Mallorca at the end of October. Just happens to coincide with Oktoberfest
