Ciao Guzzisti - Anyone have a preferred service location for Guzzi inspections in the Northern Virginia area? I’m in Loudoun County but flexible.

Of course, Frederick County is the REAL Northern Virginia, but I digress. :D

As for your question, speaking hypothetically, of course, why bother?

While all VSP troopers -- whom, BTW, I respect a great deal -- seem a humorless lot when on the clock, I am unaware of a single rider in the Old Dominion ever getting a citation for not having an inspection sticker. [OK, one, but that was years ago and acompanied by several moving violations with that tossed in just in case. ;)]

Moreover, it is interesting to me that the VSP and DMV computers don't seem to talk to each other. That means digital tag readers mounted on state or local LEO vehicles likely don't have visibility of motos without inspections.

Now, nothing I've said is an admission of any sort, so don't be calling your buds in Richmond to get a bounty for my head. :rofl:
