I have been putin’ miles on the C14 these last few weeks and now with the new tires it was good to try them on the mountain road up and down the Shen mountains. I went early in Feb/Mar when we had the fires and the green is coming back in after the underbrush was scarfed. I have been riding in the tourismo mode but yesterday I went for a 250 miler in the Veloce mode. Dang! That was peppy! Bitchin’! These Cobra Chromes are real quiet as when I went thru the mountains on the Dunlop’s and I felt each twig and bump and heard those tires all the way. So, same road as Feb/Mar, but this time much more enjoyable. I kept it in 3rd/4th gear at about 3000rpm on the twisties. I made it all the way to Wayensboro. So overall it was about 50F give or take. Chillin’!

Great fun! Congrats. I enjoy the hell out of riding my 1400 Eldorado. They are truly wonderful motorcycles. Great engines.
