I’ve received the 2nd V100, the first one arrived damaged but eventually got replaced.
I must say it’s an impressive bike to ride, but it has its niggly quirks. One in particular is the rear Ohlins shock absorber that tends to seep fluid, I advised the retailer but still waiting to hear from them.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

No, mine is fine.
And Öhlins is really a brand that stands out with good quality reputation.
I have no technical experience of Öhlins dampers though.
Is there a possibility to overfill the fluid perhaps?
I’m sure there are good experts around that can give you some input 🙂

Thank you Tebax, I’ve had a look at the manual but I haven’t seen anything on the filling of the fluid. It may have been overfilled in the factory but as far as I can tell it’s a closed loop system, and if fluid is leaking out it won’t have the appropriate damping effect. Will see what the service department says.

Sorry you got a double dose of trouble. I have an S, …just turned 5k miles this week, no problems with the Ohlins. In fact mine has opened up nicely, and was running great on a 175 mi ride down into Kentucky on Monday😁. Hopefully, you can nail down a diagnosis, and if nothing else, replace the shock under warranty.

Haha😂😂… I did the same thing! Traded my ‘15 Norge, and a pristine Ducati ST3S - the Mandello is a nice blend of the two👍😁! Wife was happy to get a net reduction of 1 in the garage😉.

Bad luck with the shock leak mate. There are should not be any seepage of oil, you will need to get it exchanged under warranty asap. I had an issue with my indicator switch on my V100s and it wasn’t a problem to get it sorted under the Guzzi warranty here in the uk. I hope you get it sorted with no fuss. 🤞
