I bought a V7 Classic in July, and love it! I would like to do my own service however (600 mile service cost $375) but I can't find a sevice manual. The owners manual does not cover everything, for example, says to see a dealer to check transmission fluid level. I asked at me dealer, and they said there is no service manual for the V7 Classic.

I've scoured this forum, and I believe folks have said that they have downloaded the V7 Classic service manual, but none of the links seem to work at this time.

Does anyone know where I can find one, or if someone has a pdf could they send it to me?

thanks!
Bill

Not in any way trying to be funny here, but that sounds like the first service.
As far as I know, if that particular service is not done by a dealer, you void your warranty.
I would pay the money & get the book stamped. any service after that, you can do on your own.
At least then, if anything goes wrong with the bike, you should be covered.
Take Care Out There

motoguzziman: I was just impressed by the price! But I did want to have the first check done by the dealer, and was willing to pay for it. As i said I love my bike, and I like the dealer as well. But I would like to do future routine maintenance myself.

AFA I remember the Breva owners manual do have a scheme (I'm lying in a couch in Berlin right now, helping my daughter moving, so it's not present) on all service points. Doesn't the V7C manual provide that info?
Strange.

For manuals also check the French Guzzitheque pages. http://guzzitek.org/gb/cadres_gb.htm Almost every known guzzimanual is found over there.

Thanks to Dan & John, the Manuals for the V7C are now under the Downloads tab at the top of each page. We appreciate donations for successful downloads. Enjoy.
