I have a 2017 Stelvio 1200NTX in Ontario, Canada.
Does anyone know where a high seat may be obtained? I'm interested in 2"+ higher.

That would be a custom consideration. Check with a local upholsterer.
 
You are aware that the seat is tall to begin with and you can make it unbelievably tall simply by taking the seat off and reversing the orientation of the 4 rubber seat blocks blocks?

See page 62 of the Owners Manual.

If you still need even taller than you must be 6’4” tall or something and you will need a custom saddle made from your stock seat pan.
