Sorry for the basic question; but I've been a member of more motorcycle forums than I care to remember and for some reason I don't understand how the forums are structured here.

- I posted a forum named, " V7 ii basic maintenance?"
- I'm pretty sure I posted it in "V7/V85/V9 Chat & Tech"
- When I go to the forum named "V7/V85/V9 Chat & Tech" I don't see my thread. I'm sorting by most recent thread and it doesn't seem to be there. But if I go into my screen name > recent activity, then I can go to it.

I'm sure I'm missing something silly... so what is it?

Nevermind... after a few days of self-inflicted frustration I just realized what is happening... I'm used to 5, maybe 8 main topic stickies at the start of an individual forum. I just realized there's about a hundred stickies that you have to scroll down through to get to new topics... Whoops!!!

Sorry.

If there is a way to collapse the stickies, it would be appreciated if you could let me know that little trick.

There isn't, sorry. We used to have a FAQ section in each model category, but no one ever looked there, and the same topics get getting asked again and again and again... ad nauseum.

Got it. No worries. I feel a little stupid for not realizing I just had to scroll down all the stickies... I thought my settings were hiding my posts or something! My bad.
