Yes, I did it myself and it was fairly easy. Actually, I did it twice because I decided I preferred the Custom bars and reinstalled them. Sold the Touring bars on eBay.

Take a look at your Custom. You will see the throttle cables curving up to the handgrip from under the top triple clamp. The attached photo shows those same cables rerouted above the triple clamp.

You have to detach the cables from the throttle tube to do this. I don't have any pictures of that, but it will be obvious after you remove the plastic part (with the starter button and light switch).

I understand going back to the stock Custom bars completely. My 2014 Custom's bar is absolutely the closest to perfect for my reach/build than any stock setup I've run across in a lifetime of riding (45+ years)...

Yep eventually.....Well yes..when I get my bike back from dealer..OBTW..Pensacola Fla Guzzi has been fantastic so far
dealing with my numerous issues,,,

Machinist is working on them as I write. Will post info on the soon.

Hello Todd,

I would suggest as large as it could be made with out having to mess with the cables..
1.5-1.75? IMHO

Sounds like most are looking for 1"/25mm. Correct?

Todd,

I was assuming a more reasonably priced version of the offering from FAST BY FERACCI. They are producing a 1" rise.

That said, it would be a simple thing to cut different sizes (1.00", 1.25, 1.50", etc...) if you wanted to offer a variety. The cost to you should be the same as the major part of the production cost is in machine time.

Production wise, one dimension is needed, but *IF* I were to do any varying sizes, I would need those paid orders ASAP. Post below if you want anything over 1.0", and use the donation link above to order at $109.95 shipped with bolts.
