I don't see anything obvious and its really light (I can only get an occasional whiff riding) but I can smell it in the garage now.

Anyone aware of a common issue for this? Connectors prone to breaking, o ring, etc? I'm hoping to order parts as I go through searching for it but if anything you can provide to point me to the issue it would be appreciated.

Have you checked the fuel tank vent lines? Next would be the lines to the injectors. I've seen fuel line leaks on older FI bikes, but not an any CARC bikes so far.

I can, it's not overfilled for sure.

I figured leaks would be rare since it's a hard plastic line (I remember from lifting the tank to fix my oil pressure switch). That is why it seems abnormal.

Is it common for a vent issue to only happen when running though? 9 of 10 it's a leak on the high pressure side of the pump.

I had a similer problem some time back, when stop for re fill, It would be quite alot of suction on the filler cap. I used compressed air to blow into the vent hole at the side of the filler, which had become gunked up. and have not had the problem ever since.

I'll try that then. I lifted the tank can ran the bike and didn't see or smell anything. Pulled the tank and didn't see any signs of damage to anything. Not the pressure hoses, not the vents, not the tip over thing.

Nothing appears to be plugged. Not really sure what it is but unfortunately I couldn't smell anything until I unplugged the hose.

So the part was in stock at the warehouse and $60, all new hoses and it doesnt seem to be doing it anymore. I couldnt tell where it was coming from because it was a slow drip but I suspect it was the little T fitting.
