In June 2016. I will ride from Turkey to Greece. Any advice ?

Hi,
I bought a v7racer recently and decided to make a long road trip with this cafe-racer.
I know that this may not be the most suitable bike to ride for a week maybe more with back-pack.
But this is my bike and wanna discover Greece on it.
Till today I made lots of rides in Turkey espacially at the coasts and I'm bored. I've never been to Greece.
Can you give me tips about Greece and is there any Greek Guzzistas here. Maybe they can me offer good roads and everything about their country.

I will start my ride in the late of June and heading to Halkidiki. But i wanna see as much as I can see in Greece.
I will ride alone and only with a backpack which will be fitted on passenger seat.
I will stay at hostels at nights not tent. I can't make camps.
What can you suggest me in this road trip.

Unfortunately, this trip, might be delayed due to current affairs . Hope Emir got underway beforehand
