I'm trying to choose a front master cyl. for my T3 project bike. I'm staying with the original discs and F08 calipers and will plumb with Goodridge Sniper mini brake lines (2mm i.d.)

I want to use a Brembo RCS but don’t know which diameter cylinder to choose. They are available in 15mm, 17mm and 19mm. With these old tech brakes my knee jerk is to go with the 15mm for as much hydraulic advantage as possible but it’s an expensive item to be experimenting with.

Anyone have experience with how the different sizes feel with these discs/calipers?

Listings for the 15mm say for single disc bikes; but wouldn’t displacement only be a problem if I had a disc runout problem?

I have a 15mm non radial m/c on a race bike with 2 F08s and it works great, A radial m/c with stock discs seems like overkill ?

Being a quality radial MC doesn't really have anything to do with the discs, or even the calipers. Whatever you have for discs and calipers, a quality radial MC is simply a more efficient MC and will make the other components work better.
The key is making sure the MC is sized for the calipers.
I have one on my Daytona that runs OEM GSXR calipers and discs, it works really nice. Mine is adjustable, and that is a feature I highly recommend. It typically adds a little to the price, but it allows you to adjust the brake feel to your liking.
Todd sells them (that is who I bought mine from) and he may have additional advice for your specific application.
