Hi, U/K member searching for a rear luggage rack for V7 racer, any contacts please. Pops, (stay between the dykes) :D

Pops, I've got a Stucchi rear rack on a V7 Classic. Had the rack powdercoated black. Very useful, and it "lengthens" the line of the bike, adding to the look. While it should fit the racer, I'm not sure how it would look with the solo racer seat.

Here's a representative pic, from MG Cycle, an American Guzzi dealer of fame.

I would like to stay between two dykes :woohoo: however I think that may have a different meaning here in the states. I guess no matter where your at its sound advise.

Many thanks both :D . Perazzimx 14, sorry to confuse. dykes are a common name here in Cumbria gb, the posh name is hedges/walls, Pops.

I'm not sure I'd like to be caught between two dykes. There's possibility of flood damage in one meaning, and for the other, well.....

Either way, alcohol always helps.

And to be more relevant, I did find the Stucchi rear rack to be heavy. The OEM rear grab rails it replaced were also much to heavy too. An aluminum rack would be a good development. I thought I saw one somewhere, but can't place it now.

So are you looking for one like Guzzik has made to go over the seat cowling, or just one that works with the stock seat?

Hi all. This is my Stucchi rack on a V7II 2015 Racer. Other modifications so far are handle bars and foot pegs from Stone. Breva screen and 120mm round mirrors. The 2nd pic shows the Scrambler seat.

Love this rack! Thinking outside of the box on this one! Do you fabricate and sell? If you ever want to sell yours, PM me.
I just made one "prototype" and than this one u can see in the pic. I was thinking about fabricate a few pieces but I realized Im too lazy... :(. Hmm... I won't sell this rack unless I have my Racer..so it means never :). And sending it from middle of Europe to Canada is also not good idea :). Sooo I'd send you pictures and u find someone very skilled like me :D then your "problem" will be solved :)

Well, if you ever want to make another one, I will buy it! As for shipping to Canada, I order from Europe all the time. Otherwise, you can mail it to my in-laws in Ireland! I should get off my ass and learn how to weld. I just might do that and have put my name down for a course nearby (18 weeks) in welding. That being said, my offer to hire you to make one still stands should the mood ever strike you! ;)

Happy New Year!

Hi, if you make one, I'll buy it! You can email me at bugspatteredjacket@outlook.com with your price and PayPal address. I can put a non refundable deposit on it so that either way you make something for your time! No rush either, its winter here too and my bike is in storage. So there is no rush. Have a good day and let me know either way what you want to do.
