Nope. All of the oiling circuits on the small block are internal, so not an easy task to add one. If the factory (who runs them incredibly lean) chose not to run one, then likely not needed.
This is probably something I should know already, but what differentiates a 'Small" block from a "Big" block?
What Bob says above, along with many other specs, but the main one being a visual of physical size. Small blocks started life as a V35 all the way up to the current V9. Most all other models back to the V7 Sport were big blocks.
