Looking to brighten up my night rides, Foglight/ New Headlight?

Hey I just got a Moto Guzzi V7 II Stone for my first bike and I've noticed that where there's a lack of streetlights I need to have the highbeams on to see anything at all.

Does anybody have any fog light recommendations?
I'd like to get a brighter headlight as well, the yellowish one that came stock is a bit too dark for my taste.

I'm currently running an "Osram Night Breaker Laser H4 +130%" bulb in the stock headlight unit on my V7III. It produces a good pattern and significantly more light than the OEM 60/55W bulb.
 
You get quite a voltage drop from the Guzzi wiring to the headlights if an H4 type light. It isn't uncommon to run a fused wire to a couple of 30 amp relays and supply full voltage the headlight. Pretty simple to have the bike wiring just trigger the relays for high and low beam and the relays send full voltage to the bulb.
 
There is a light logic relay fitted to the v7. Whether that does the full job I don't know. But 1 volt lost in supply equals something like 20% drop in light output.
