I did a search, but no luck. What are the machined holes on the lower front of the block for???? I am thinking of making a plate, paint it black and cover them......

The pan is shared between various models back to 2006. Those are used on the Stelvio for the skidpan, and on the Norge/Breva for the chin fairing. So, you can do whatever you'd like with them. I believe Guzzi offers some overpriced bling that reads 1400 to put on. I can make something in house if there is enough interest(?).

I for one would be very interested in seeing one of your designs....

OK, I'll put some thought into it. Below are what Guzzi offers for $178. I've never seen them fitted.

GT2S000399

I am in the wrong business, $178 for two strips of metal, I hope it at least includes the bolts. I am off to True Value Hardware for at least the bolts to fill in the holes. Even with fancy stainless steel allen heads, should run about 8 bucks.......

M8/125 pitch stainless allen head bolts, a little high temp satin paint. Not perfect, but will work for the time being. At least it doesn't look like something fell off he bike with the bare holes showing.... DSC03572

If you recall Todd I asked about the possibility of something similar embossed with the GTM logo. I would certainly be interested if the price was right.

I'd be interested in a GTM themed oil cap with dipstick if there's enough interest and feasiblility.

Also I'd rather a cover that has the GTM winged logo.
