anyone else having issues with the tubeless spoked wheel leaking at the spokes.
I find my rear tire wont hold pressure and soapy water confirms about 4 spokes with leaks,
I think they have O rings under each nipple,

these bare aluminum rims are not the best quality and corrode easily,
they appear to lack any type of corrosion protection.
It might be time to have the rims powdercoated then built.
Or maybe get a set of wheels from a touring machine.

am watching my front tire pressure closely had to change the Schrader valve as I could not get air into the tire how much air are you losing? Am checking my screws on the heat shields too already lost one screw

I know it's not the be all and end all solution and a more thorough examination is required, but wont puncture sealant correct this problem

if each nipple has a O ring then the rim is open to the elements,
they didnt anodize the rims so any liquid will then provoke corrosion at the nipple /rim interface.

That said it might be prudent to take the rim apart and have it polished then anodized ,
then rebuilt with fresh O rings and Dow Corning 111 on the O rings this will prevent corrosion and keep the o rings soft.

I am loosing about 10 PSI in 3 days in my rear wheel;
my bike lives outside under a bike cover

I am losing about a half a pound per day I wonder if a tube could be fitted. I would do this on the first tire change. The loss of air is not a problem while at home but on a long trip might be a pain.

I found some stuff called fluid film at the John Deere dealer,
I am waiting for a warm day to spray it into the spoke nipple holes on the outside of the rim
This stuff will stop the corrosion and possibly seal the rubber to the rim,
might try pulling a vacuum on the wheel
nothing to lose at this point
