Has anyone had success with the Laminar Lip?
I saw an interesting installation by Leafman 60 (Dec 2012). He used nylon stand-offs and screws to move the lip forward. I'm sure it's a more robust mounting also.
I currently have a cheap clamp mount deflector. It's OK if you don't move you head from exactly behind it and optically it's really poor.
Any suggestions?
 
MRA X-Screen Spoiler- either the sport or the touring - touring is bigger. I installed the clamp on modle sport as I did not want to drill holes int he stock windscreen. Worked very well.
 
Someone else posted about a windshield from CalSci in the forum-check out that post.
I have a Laminar Lip from a few years ago, and it works pretty well. (with the industrial velco). It has mounted and stayed put for over 30K kms. Very high quality overall.
I am considering the CalSci upgrade this season, no extra lip, and the windshield looks good from what I see on the web page, in various sizes.
