Better bolts for Touring saddle bags

I'm trying to find a post by someone on this forum who found screw knobs that are a much better option for taking the saddle bags on/off without having to use a socket. I bought a set of screw knobs (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LY3PMEN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but out of 4 screws only 3 fit properly and there's something to be done with the 4th knob so it fits properly.

The post mentioned what to do about that 4th knob, but I can't find it now!

Any help?

I recommend you keep your existing bolts and continue to use a socket or ring spanner to mount them.

Wing nuts cannot be made to hold securely. This is from someone who lost a pannier bag twice.
