New here; just picked up a 2017 V7 III Stone. I've searched around the forums but everything seems to be about putting new mirrors on, not the originals.

Basically, the bike has a left bar end mirror, and no right mirror. I'm still a pretty new rider in general, so I'd really like to have both mirrors on the bike. The original owner said that when he had the bar end mirror put on, they replaced the part of the brake and clutch that has the holes for the original mirrors. Is there a specific name for this piece, and is there anywhere I can find new ones?

The shop manual does not directly refer to those parts except to comment on the size of bolt needed to attach them. As shown below:

Hopefully one of the other site members can assist in more detail.

Mayakovski, thanks for the info! Any idea if the mirror post thread is M10x1.5? I'm looking at a "Brembo Bar Clamp with Mirror Perch" which I think is the generic part I need.

I cant really tell from the pics but those clamps wouldn't have been put
On upside down.
Just wondering because that's what I did with mine when I put bar ends on my bike.

The clamps weren't put on upside down, they were replaced with new clamps that don't have mirror perches. You can't really tell from the pictures because of how dark everything is, but the clamps have "up" with a little arrow on them.

I ended up buying some Ducati Brembo clamps from ebay ( available here on the online Store; https://gtmotocycles.com/products/brembo-no-mirror-clamp ) The mirrors fit into the mirror perches, but the bolts that are currently installed aren't long enough to go through and reach the other side of the clamps, so I have to go find some new ones. Luckily, that shouldn't be nearly as annoying.

Daniel, depending on where in MA you are, I'm willing to trade my factory clamps for your hole-less ones. I'm in Nashua, NH & Newmarket NH & Littleton, MA.

avlis, I'm in Billerica/Tewksbury MA. I'd definitely be willing to trade. Billerica is like a 20 minute drive to (some parts of) Nashua.

Not a problem then! We can probably meet after/before work in Tewksbury. Send me an email rsilva275 at yahoo com
