Ordered one for my Bobber today. After almost 700 miles on the bike I decided to give the solo comfort seat a go. I could make do with the stock seat but it is marginal at best and its a good bet that no one much larger than my four year old great grand son will ever be riding behind me, I went with the solo. There is an optional passenger seat add on for the solo but I doubt that I will ever find a need to go that route. My wife has her own Piaggio MP3 400 for when she wants to come along for the ride.
Anyway I will post a report on what I find to be the difference between the two seats when I can.

Got the new seat on and some miles on with it. Have to admit when I first opened the box I was a bit underwhelmed. The seat was not all that more padded than the stock one. But it did have a very different contour and was much wider and made a rise at the back instead of the almost flat stock seat.
Riding time proved to show that it is indeed more comfortable than the stock unit. It provides more support and still makes it easy to move around a bit for changing the contact area from time to time. I must note that its still not an all day touring saddle. But for the few hours I was on it I was better off than on the stock seat. Considering the range of the Bobber with its three gallon gas tank the seat will get me from one fill up to the next better than the stock seat. Over all I think it was worth the change over.
