Original color of front rotors V50 II

In my rebuild process, I stripped the two front rotors completely down to the steel. The paint that was on them was so bad it was hard to tell what it was or what color it was. I'm trying to find pix of what the OEM front rotors look like.
Does anyone have detailed pix of the OEM rotors where it plainly shows the paint?

V50 II rotors
 
A web search came up with may images. I checked a video of an original looking bike and it appears to be black.
 
Yeah, I saw that video a while back, I'm not sure the black was the OEM color, but maybe it was at some point from the V50 to the II and so on. Here are a few pix from marketing brochures and the workshop manual which is in black and white. The color brochure seems to match the color that was on mine, but what is it? My guess is they came with whatever color the parts they had on hand when they were building them were. Guzzi has always been a small batch manufacturer. They order parts in batches, and each batch may or may not be the same as the previous batch.
 
Ha ha, could be they went with what came in from their supplier. When looking at pix online of a 40 yr old bike, there's no telling what someone did to it which is why I was hoping that someone had a bike where the rotors were still OEM and could post a pix. Well, I'm rebuilding this bike to sell, just wanted as much as possible to be OEM. If I can't determine the proper color, I'll probably go with a high temp clear.
