I have thought about that , but am reluctant to spend a large amount of money on a replacement shock it doesn’t warrant it given the value of the bike. I will be going for a spring I think the spring has just got tired , the shock is in good condition. Just bottoms out occasionally when the bike is fully loaded . Will get the shock off the bike and dismantle it , it can’t be to difficult, may need some spring compressors .If it is a stock shock, you are probably wasting time and money changing just the spring. My suggestion would be to replace the whole unit. Not cheap, but much better results in the long run. Take a look at some of the options in the Store tab. Also when ordering you can get springs based on your weight and riding style by discussing options with Todd.
