Hi folks, I've noticed of late that the instrument cluster on my Breva is a bit loose. I can move it back and forth and it feels as though it is a bit loose. Is this normal? is it rubber mounted or built this way to protect it from vibration? If not, how do I go about tightning it up a bit? Also, what is the best way to obtain a shop manual for this bike so I can leave you folks alone and actually find my own answers. Have to admit though, wouldn't be near as much fun. max

Manuals are located here: https://www.guzzitech.com/MGGriso/Manuals.html

The parts manual should show you where to tighten the instrument panel.

Hey Max, I am somewhat of an expert in Breva instrument panel removal, given my propensity to break em...:S

Yes it is rubber mounted on three course thread screws. If you want to check them the silver bit at the front (over the heeadlight) is helf on by 4 small hex head allen bolts and the offending screws are under that. The wobble is normal.

While on the subject of Breva instrument panels, mines got a crack in it just where the neutral indicator is.
Has anybody ever opened up the instrument cluster to replace the Perspex? I’ve got no intention of replacing the whole unit while it still works as I suspect that its just a little bit expensive.

I have, if you can wait till tnoght I'll see if I can post some pics and a bit of an explanation.

or there are some pics in this thread HERE

Thanks Mike, thats a good post, I would recommend anyone reading this to download it from the link above and put it to one side for the future.
