Norge safety suspension recall

Anyone know what this "Rear suspension double rod replacement" safety recall is all about?
Contacted my dealer but they have to check out what this is, order parts and then schedule a repair.

Does this recall apply to other Guzzi model as well? Mine is a 2013 Norge GT8V

I believe it's Norge only. It's also called the wishbone. I had my local dealer 280 km away order the part a couple of years ago but never made it to Montreal to get it done. I just changed my rear shock and everything looks good.
