Just a few pictures from a ride out with friends. Jack on a new Tuono and Jeff on a 1400 Concours. Thirty degree weather and beautiful BC roads. Im always impressed as to how the Griso goes along when compared to theoretically much faster and better equipped bikes. Obviously the top speed indicated was on a closed road.

I find, around here anyways, that the closed roads have the smoothest pavement.>:)

When I read or hear "closed roads," I presume it's tongue-in-cheek of the same sort of language as "For Off-Road Use Only" labels. ;)

Around "these here parts," i.e., rural Virginia, W.V., Md., and Penn., it's rare to see LEO's on any of the back roads I frequent, as the "fishing" is easier and better for them on the Big Pavement. That said, I am wary lest I find that those "closed roads" are the moto-equivalent of an "unloaded gun" leading to an unhappy roadside discussion with the County Carabinieri. :(

Nice ride report, Brian.

nice! and also, another BC Guzzi rider! when the plague is over, a guzzi cafe meetup might be in order...

Or even a meet up at a gas station out in the country, social distancing of course
I see folks in Mission, Burnaby, White Rock, Surrey... there are a few of us Lower Mainlanders here.

We should meet up in Maple Ridge on a Sunday morning and ride the #7 through Whonnock, Hatzic, and Deroche all the way up to Harrison. Love that ride.
