Which saddlebag for the C1400? OEM Leather or...?

I went with the Hepco Becker bags on the Eldo and have been very happy with them. They have remained waterproof in some heavy downpours are lockable and lock to the bike. They are very well made and very solid. The pic is of the bag after the bike went down the road on it's side at around 80kph and slid for around 30mtrs. It took the brunt of the slide and saved the bike from a lot of damaged and was still completely usable afterwards and could have been quite easily patched up if it hadn't been replaced under insurance. Highly recommended.

I've been looking at saddlebags for the 1400 custom that somewhat follows the curve of the rear fender. The stock bags are nice but they seem to stick out really far - it would be nice to have something more slender? Any suggestions? Has anyone tried Viking Bags?

I've come across the following -

I bought the C-Bow mounts from the Guzzi Tech store and the C-Bow bag brackets from another site to mount my Viking Univeral Warrior bags,
