Hi all, my name is Chus and I live in the Northwest of Spain, very close to Portugal (15km) I own a Norge 1200, and I am very glad with it. I hope to spend a good time round here and show u some pics.

And here I am with another guy on a trip to a guzzi meeting in Asturias (North Spain).

Many of my friends in the UK have been to that part of Spain, and have all said what a beautiful lace it is. Many are going to the rally for older bikes in Colombres in September.

Welcome, I've had my Norge for a little over a year, and so far has proven to be the most enjoyable and best all around bike I have ever owned in 30 years of riding. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine. Looks like a beautiful part of Spain. I spent a week in Madrid working a couple of years ago, great city, but don't think I would have enjoyed riding there, that area looks like a lot more fun.

Welcome Chus, congrats on your Norge! Thanks for the picture post... love to get more photos and your info for the Registry as seen HERE. Send all info/pics to me direct e-mail; Todd at GuzziTech.com

I was fortunate to get a good sampling of that part of Spain last year during a Driving Competition for Dunlop Tires. I look forward to retruning and doing some riding.

Post often... love to see from all the corners of the globe.

Welcome indeed! I've been to A Coruña a couple of years ago, and have very fond memories of the place. I hope to be across the border from Northern Spain in a couple of weeks, this time on the Norge ... but not as far west as your picture was taken :D

Thanx all for the warm welcome. I will try help you all as far as I can ;)

I will also be in the northeast, close to France in a couple of weeks attending a Guzzi meeting in Barcelona (Mediona). Maybe you are going to the same place and we can meet each other. I will be there on July the 4th. This is the meeting:

Sorry, no. We're planning to be in the south-west, French Basque country. Barcelona will be for another trip ... but it's true that there are very nice places to visit in the North-East of Spain. How are the roads there?

The roads in the French Basque country are quite good and the landscape is also wonderful. I have been there a couple of years ago, at Isaba, very close to the French border, and that part of the Pyrinees are really worth seeing. I can not tell you about the roads in the northeast ´cause this is the first time I am going there. I will be driving 1100km on Friday 3rd to get there and again 1100 back home on Sunday, but many of them are on motorways :(

That doesn't sound like too much fun ... too many kms in too few days. Don't let the neurelectrical gremlins (also known as fatigue) get you! ;)
