B11 fork travel

Hello everyone.
Using the tire up method I am trying to measure the actual fork travel of my B11.

Bike's specs give a 120mm but I seriously doubt it... Compressing the fork I can hardly get to 95mm.
Riding on the road the tire up sets at 80-85mm.

Anybody can confirm the real fork travel?

Just found my readings I dont remember taking.

22/12/2018 Matris fork cartridge kit installed with different springs.
Full travel 110
Unloaded(bike only) 83 25%
With rider 80 27%
 
The answer for standard setup on my Breva is
