Norge front turn signal assembly, where to buy?

Hello, does anyone know a good source to get a front turn signal assembly for a 2014 Norge. See pictures. Somehow the signal popped out of its socket during a ride and the wire came to rest against the exhaust and you can see the result it melted the wire and caused the signal to stop working. Actually the bulb assembly itself looks like it will still work what I need is the yellow part below in the picture which is at the end of the wiring harness and I can just wire it in to the existing cable.
If someone knows or can point me to the part numbers here that would be helpful as well, I can’t seem to find them even in AF1 catalog. Thanks.

part two of this the red triangle light came on the dash at the same time the signal stopped working so I’m hoping that by fixing the signal it will also fix the light. Does that make sense?
