Safe Rev Limit for 2010 V7 Cafe with 820cc Kit

Does anyone have a safe RPM limit recommendation for a V7 Cafe with an 820cc big bore kit?

RPM limiter is built into the ECU. Also Guzzi tends to be conservative in their RPM limits.

In October I'm planning to ride from Katy, Texas to the Barber Motorsports racetrack and museum in Alabama, which is some 700 miles away. The majority of the the riding will be on freeways at speeds in excess of 75MPH. So I was wondering if the V7 can handle 75-80MPH for hours at a time.

I checked my owner's manual and there is no maximum RPM stated anywhere that I could find, hence my question.

well that's two different questions...

to the first: yes.

to the second: 7800rpm, though you're relying on the hazy memory of a stranger. 7200 for the V7IIIs, I believe. no clue why they're different.

Are you going off from the speedo?
I was cruising in Cali down the 15
I was going an indicated 90 when my gps was indicating around 85
 
Factory redline on the 2010 is 7600 RPM. They'll sit @ 105 mph all day long. Top out with the 820 kit ~120 mph indicated if fueled correctly. To state for the record, this is not my 820 kit on Jason's build.
