I won't be able to make it, but I hope some of you can/will. Post below if you are going. Take plenty of pictures.

I'll try an get my weekends dialed in and be there for this get together

I *might* be there. I know I want to go this weekend, as I know I will be in LA. I need to get the route that we took a week ago so I can continue working on those twisties. Granted, I will not be on a Guzzie... yet.

I think I may be able to make it. I went up there a couple Sundays ago on the Ballabio and saw only one other Guzzi, a nice Loop.

Is there a rock store ride on sunday?

I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone. Is this happening or what? I dont want to go alone. Thats boring.

Re:Is there a rock store ride on sunday?

I could be tempted. Probably gonna have to be close to the coast, considering the temperature and the fires.

I went to Cold Spring Tavern last weekend -it was too hot there to stay. There ain't too many choices.

Re:Is there a rock store ride on sunday?

I'd like to meet up with some of you guy's....Over the last 8 - 10 months i've had a hell of a time trying to hook up with you guy's on the first Sunday of the month, either been away or other commitments.

The one time i did manage to make it to the Starbucks on Topanga, i was standing waiting when 3 Guzzi went sailing past. By the time i dumped my coffee and muffin (blueberry with extra crispy topping, one of the best ones i've ever had from Starbuck), readied myself, they were long gone....Not sure if i was more pissed off missing the guy's or dumping probably the best blueberry muffin i'd ever had....I digress...

I was kinda hoping that this would be the month....

So to answer the question, yes i'd be there if there is a meet......

Re:Is there a rock store ride on sunday?

I would be happy to meet at 9 at starbucks on topanga/ventura. If we head out from there, we should hit the store before it gets too hot, and take it from there.

9am at starbucks? takers?

We have a group of 2 so far...

Re:Is there a rock store ride on sunday?

Normally I wouldn't go anywhere near the Rock Store on a Sunday, but it's supposed to cool off a bit & a 9AM start is early enough to avoid some of the usual mob scene. We'll see, maybe this is the weekend to go if not out too late Sat night...

Re:Is there a rock store ride on sunday?

Yeah, I ended up doing it again.

I went home to fix my helmet microphone, and then thought, wot am I gonna do now? So I rode north to Latigo Canyon, up to the Rock Store again, and then down Piuma Road back to where Stunt finishes (via Schuren Road). It's all starting to fall into place. Finished off back down Tuna Canyon to PCH.

Great Day, despite the containment.
