Hi guys & gals,
If you own any Griso & you have had the fuel cell off at one point in time you might want to unbolt it once again & turn it sideways inbetween the frame tubes. No need to disconnect fuel line or fuel pump connection.
Now, what you need to do & this is a must to prevent an immobilizer aerial failure. Make certain that the aerial drops down the side of the ignition switch & not routed over top the frame tube behind the ignition switch. If it is over the tube, there is way to much strain on the aerial wire. It could either crush it thus breaking the wire inside or it could pull the wire away from connector or even break the wire to the dash, causing an expensive repair.
This is no hoax.

Just taken the tank off and those rubber bungs at the back are the most stupid idea known to man. One of mine, the bung has seized so tight that it has had to take breaking the bolt in half to get it out.

I love this bike, I'm sick of its stupid and carelessly thought out ideas.

Right, I'm guessing this is the wire with the 40deg cranked connector into the right side of the switch as you sit on the bike?

If so, mine drops right down under the top tube and enters the loom. I figure thats right, so will take a pic so folks know what to look for.

I think we mean this fellow here?
