The first run is of a completely stock 1200 Sport, the second is after all of the work listed below. I keep trying to state of just how restricted (IMO running critically lean) and strangled (intake & exhaust) the CARC Guzzis are. Many will debate this, but the proof lies below of what the potential is.
Below is the result of our full fuel kit (ECU Flash, PC & AutoTune).
Dyno data below: OEM stock vs. GT modded (CNC airbox lid/BMC filter & GT-R SS muffler). The full (100%) throttle run below shows a near ~20 hp/~25 ft.lb. gain @3800 RPM - and see post below with ~80 rwhp.

1200 2V STK vs GTM FK Noted

The modded results may be similar but the stock numbers are very different.
How come the stock numbers are so very different? I thought there isn't so much difference between the Norge and the 1200Sport, next question could be: what was wrong with the 1200Sport. . .

Tough to say as the baseline run was within a few weeks of the GT modified run... and the only thing that was done was the mods above.

I started with flash tool and upgraded fuel mapping for the my Norge. unfortunately I'm greedy and want more! just ordered the power commander 6 and the auto tune. I can't wait, todd/amy make ordering quite painless. one thing I noticed, I save my maps/gtm dialog to outlook mail and everything else to gmail. my windows laptop interfaces better with outlook mail.
i'm no computer guru but this works.

You are going to love it. Works fantastic!

I ordered this setup for my Norge as well, just haven't gotten the time to get it installed, but the weather is turning here in NJ...should have plenty of time over the winter. Looking forward to it!!

This is lurking under the seat of my Norge. PO told me he had a tune for it to improve drive ability and also an upgraded O2 sensor.
