Picked up a Stelvio wheel for my 1200 Sport...

I scored a new Stelvio wheel on Ebay that had been scratched slightly in shipping. My intent is to mount it up on my 1200 Sport to see how it looks with wire wheels. If I like it I'll try to get a matching front laced up or if I can't do that... a set of Alpina's. Anything I should know before I try to bolt it up?

Thanks Todd. I'm interested in seeing how it looks mounted. Pics can sometimes be deceiving with this sort of thing. Is it possible to source single spoked wheels through your source or do they have to be purchased in sets?

It should look pretty spectacular I would bet. I can get single (front and/or rear) OEM Alpina spoked wheels. In this case it would be from a Griso LE.

Wheel came today. I think I like it.

I went back and forth on whether I liked it and decided I didn't want to clean them. They're also a bit heavier than the stock rims. Todd can set you up with a set of spoked rims if you are interested. I don't think anyone else has mounted a set on a 1200 Sport yet.
