Tuned and Synch'ed
My take is that this problem does not occur with the Dunlop Roadsmart properly inflated. The stiff sidewall makes a big difference. Also a factor could be the rear spring, if it is the "soft" original with the early Norge. I replaced the rear spring early in ownership, and then I put many thousands of miles on my 07 Norge picking my way through traffic in LA. I felt the bike, properly prepared, was extremely "accurate" at slow speed. Some clutch and rear brake is needed, but I consider that usual.
