I can't help noticing the black instrument pod and mirrors, and that your front wavy discs are different to my 08 model. Are these the new features of the 2011 model?

Hi David,

the black instrument pod is now standard! The chrome version of the pod is not the best quality... so guzzi takes the black version from the SE model. The two new Griso 8V bikes that my dealer has on stock have now the chrome mirrors!! I can´t understand this but ok this is italian... ;) The Griso 8V has always the wave discs only the SE model have normal brake discs!

Greetings Hugo

ooooh dear...
Do you have winter conditions in your part of the world now?
Meaning you can't drive anyway?
I hope so for you...
That when spring and summer arrives at your place, you can enjoy driving your bike again.

Regards.

Thanks for posting here, and post more often!

Re: Griso Picture Thread

Hi all and a happy new year .I have been toying with getting a Guzzi and must admit the Griso is a beautiful looking bike .I love all the pics on here and varied ideas you have . I have test rode an 8v stelvio and a 2 valve sport 1200 .I have defiantly decided on a guzzi and due to the budget i wish to run to i will be getting a 2valve griso .Like a lot of you i already have my ides sketched out for what i want to modify and will post my pics as i go along .Personally i found the 2 valve 1200 motor felt like it just had more torque than the 8 valve 1200 even though the fact sheets tell another story .

Test ride a 8V again and get it above 5500 rpm... You will agree with the spec sheets.
