Once all my vehicles are broken in. I usually install a quick drain valve in place of the motor oil drain plug.
I'd like to install quick drains on my Griso for the motor, gearbox, and carc.
But these three drain plugs are all m10x1.
And all the most well known quick drain manufactures; Fumoto, Aeroquip, Fram, and Dorman; all appear to not make any drain smaller than m12x1.

Would anyone know of source for quick drains in the size of m10x1 ?

Why would you need to fit these valves? With 6,000 mile service intervals, it`s not as if you`re going to be changing it every week. You have to use the filter tool to remove that, so why not use a socket at the same time when you`re down there. :?

Irrelevant (but I agree with you); the OP simply asked for a valve source. I'm unaware of a fit for this application.

Hey, I'm not sure of what hose and fitting shops there are in the states, but maybe go and try to check there. I work at one up here (Canada), and I'm pretty sure we would have something to suit this application.
Maybe check a company called Dixon/Perfecting Coupling, as we do business with there division in the states, and they seem to have everything and the kitchen sink!
Hope this helps!
