Best/fastest source in USA for Quat-D pipe?

Hi folks. Just wondering if anyone knows of a place in the US that carries the Quat-D Magnum exhaust for the Griso?

For a little background, I've spoken with a company called Bellissimoto here in the US. They seem reasonable to deal with and quoted me what I think is the going rate for this pipe. I was told that if I place an order through them the pipe will be coming out of Italy and would take approx 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

So in addition to asking about other, quicker options, I'm also kind of doing a 'sanity check' on what I've heard from Bellissimoto. Does sound pretty standard for obtaining such a part here in the US?

Never mind. Moot now. I ordered one from another vendor that can offer me free shipping. They'll bring it in with one of their regular shipments from IT this week or next.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of it mounted up. With sound if possible. Are you getting the one that's mostly under the transmission of a more conventional slip on type. I always thought the under the trans one would be awesome.

All the best,

Mark

Hi Mark. You might be thinking of the "X-box" exhaust that's made by Quat-D. They don't offer that type for Guzzies. In fact, for the Griso they only list one, the Magnum series tri-oval. Looks like this:

One of the reasons I like is it'll work with the factory luggage.

BTW, if you want a small sample of the sound, someone put this on youtube recently. Same pipe, db-killer removed. Not a very comprehensive capture, but it will give you and idea of the look and sound:

Cheers.
