I recently bought a 2000 Moto Guzzi Jackal for my wife. She really loves the bike but it is too tall for her. I am looking for fork springs and rear shocks/springs to lower the bike 40 to 50mm. Do you know anything that would work for her ride?
She has already put a couple hundred miles on it and is starting to really want to ride it all the time.

A lower seat is as option, along with raising the fork tubes about 13mm, and shorter shocks. I think Todd (GT-RX) can fix you up with shorter shocks.

Congrats on the Jackal!

Per what John posted above, simply raising the fork tubes in the triple clamps will handle the front end, and I'd be happy to get you some shorter rear shocks. I offer/stock the Gazi line shown here; https://www.guzzitech.com/store/product/cid-29.html

Contact me direct e-mail with any questions; Todd at GuzziTech.com

Lowering the suspension is the most effective option. TheJackal has plenty of clearance so it shouldn't be a problem unless you really fang it.

Lowering the seat is nigh on impossible as it's thin as and sits hard on the rails anyway. Many people put more padding in them to improve comfort. If you get the seat narrowed at the front half, your legs won't be pushed out as wide and you will reach the ground easier and more confidently. The bike will feel lower. The stock seat height is already low for looks but is quite wide at the front.
