I have contacted Magni regarding the installation of his swingarm on later model Tonti frame bikes. His responds was he had not installed his swingarm on newer models. He was not specific on the latest model the he has installed the swingarms on. From what I have found, the frames from 1979 thru 2003 are the same in all the areas that the swingarm would be involved. The stock swing arm on older models thru 2003 are dimensionally the same other then the left side offset and the length.

Has anyone here installed or have experience with the Magni swingarm. Its a "want" thing that will be paid for out of my motorcycle wheel and deal funds.

I have considered doing the same thing to my current project. Have emailed them in the past and got no reply. Curious about pricing as you never see any reference in that regard.

Are you talking about the Magni " Parallelogrammo " ?

so you would put the short swing arm on the long tonti frame? I don't think that will work.

What is a long tonti frame? From the frame drawing I have, all tonti frames are close to the same. only difference is the swingarm length, left swingarm tube offset, the length of the steering neck, a bend in the upper frame where the seat sits and the placement of various mounting tabs. This is comparing a 2000 and later models to the 1979 sp/g5.

If you have more details please share. This is what I am looking for before I spend $930.00 Euros.

I would imagine that you would use the longer version that accomidates the larger wheel.
